Refund & Returns Policy

At Kindo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after 14 days without prior agreement

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
