Refund & Returns Policy

Our Promise

If your Kindo toy arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full. Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery — in most cases you will not need to return the item.

30-Day Returns

You may return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Because our items travel internationally, return postage is often more expensive than the item itself — talk to us first and we will find the fairest option for you, which is usually a partial refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used by a child, unless faulty
• Opened kinetic sand and similar consumables, for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged due to misuse

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return

Email us at yuu537659@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We respond within 24 hours.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
