Where We Ship

Kindo ships worldwide. If your country does not appear at checkout, email us and we will do our best to arrange delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days. Our toys are dispatched directly from our production partners in Asia, which is how we keep our prices fair and our range wide.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States / Canada: 10–20 business days
United Kingdom / Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 12–22 business days
Rest of world: 14–25 business days

Delivery times begin after dispatch. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 3–5 weeks.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $60. Orders under $60 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan. This is normal.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 40 business days of dispatch, contact us at yuu537659@gmail.com and we will refund or resend it — your choice.
