Our base currency is Japanese Yen (JPY). If you are shopping from outside Japan, prices may be displayed in your local currency using an approximate conversion rate, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate and fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Kindo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We use secure third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment details.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 7–14 business days and dispatched from our production partners in Asia. Delivery times and customs responsibilities are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Kindo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Japanese courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
